Essential Management Plan

Perfect for owners who want professional day-to-day management without leasing or marketing services.

What’s Included

  • Rent collection and disbursement

  • Tenant communication & basic issue resolution

  • Accounting & monthly owner statements

Market Pricing

  • 8% – 10% of monthly rent collected 

  • Tenant placement/leasing fee: ~50%–100% of one month’s rent (one-time when a new tenant is placed) 

  • Lease renewal fee: ~25%–35% of one month’s rent (when renewing the lease)
